Junior Golf Academy

All junior golf academy lessons are delivered by passionate and highly trained PGA Professionals 

All Coaches are DBS checked and First Aid trained.

The Junior Academy provides a structured and inclusive programme developed by a PGA Professional. Suitable for children between the ages of 4 & 16 to learn how to play golf, to improve their overall game and lower their Academy handicaps. Every child's progress is monitored through the weekly lessons and organised competitions. 

Our Junior golf academy programme also includes the benefit of pitch & putt membership, so academy members can use this course during term time to encourage more play at the club, allowing the student to put into practice what they have been learning through the term.

Classes are available both during the week and at weekends. Children are taught on a weekly basis in group classes with children of a similar age and work through a structured and specific program with the aim of playing on the golf course as soon as possible. The classes run concurrent to the school term.

We pride our-self on providing varied and engaging sessions so the student is continually challenged and being encouraged. Throughout the term, lessons will take place on the driving range, putting green, pitch & putt course, golf simulator and full golf course therefore taking advantage of our great facility.

Students will receive a ‘Coaching and Media page’ when signing up under a parents email, this is a hub for your coach to send swing videos of the individual and associated media all specific to you child. Our philosophy is to make our sessions fun and productive, whilst instilling the values and benefits of playing the game of golf.

Our ‘Skills for life’ program is an important element that we apply to our coaching. Given the unique nature of the game, we are able to promote the development of life skills such as concentration, perseverance, honesty and respect through the playing and learning of this great game.
